Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution.
- Optimize Model Performance: Apply advanced techniques in quantization, pruning, and inference optimization to ensure real-time latency on edge devices.
- Build RAG Pipelines: Develop state-of-the-art Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to ground AI models in proprietary enterprise data.
- Lead Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, specifically focusing on multimodal learning and emergent AI capabilities expected in 2026.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate high-level AI capabilities into tangible user features.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data during AI training and inference processes.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Language Proficiency: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Data Engineering: Proven ability to work with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and ETL pipelines.
- Mathematical Foundation: Deep understanding of Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Probability Theory.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
