Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on job sites, including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, drywall installation, and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow project blueprints and verbal instructions to ensure accurate work execution.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Experience in construction labor, general labor, or a related skilled trade is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand basic safety signage and instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
