Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and residential properties.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior electricians and apprentices to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project status clearly to clients and project managers.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Strong proficiency with electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
