Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with task-specific support
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain organized, hazard-free work zones
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to support project specifications
- Perform quality checks on completed installations and structures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction experience or relevant trade certification
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varied weather
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment (saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
