Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on electrical systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain lighting fixtures, panel boards, switchgear, and transformers.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize facility downtime and ensure power continuity.
- Complete accurate job tickets, timecards, and safety reports on a weekly basis.
- Manage inventory of electrical parts and tools to ensure readiness for all shifts.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required (State of Florida).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations as required.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
