Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking within the organization
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space exploration
- Exceptional analytical, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation frameworks
