Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework through scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring global thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Visionary Thinking' methodology
- Integrate ethical AI governance frameworks into all 2026 strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience leading global remote teams with cross-cultural stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented since 2020
