Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Produce strategic foresight reports on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into core offerings
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
