Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, demographic shifts, and geopolitical factors to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for R&D and product teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business strategies
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for C-suite decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing actionable future-strategy frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers)
