Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and space exploration domains
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps and scenario planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and government bodies
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and investment opportunities
- Present visionary briefings to executive teams and industry forums at Davos-scale events
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on exponential technology strategy
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
