- Author high-impact trend reports influencing R&D allocation and M&A strategy
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof innovations into roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of successfully predicting technology adoption curves
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence points
