Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive organizational culture of future-readiness through workshops and thought leadership
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
