Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual trend reports forecasting technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026

- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Present strategic recommendations at global forums including Davos and TED conferences
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through published white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused research roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
