Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in high-growth industries
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantifiable impact on business roadmaps
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, startups, and research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced futures methodologies and analytical tools
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic implications of disruptive trends
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFPS, SFI) strongly preferred
