Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Champion a future-oriented culture through internal education and thought leadership
- Advise product development teams on long-term innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful commercial outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
