Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and market positioning
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex trends into actionable insights
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and leadership teams to align innovation roadmaps
- Establish quantitative/qualitative methodologies for trend validation and impact assessment
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry publications
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for multinational corporations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
