Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product development teams to embed future-ready principles into core offerings
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills with visualization proficiency
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Strong network within global futurist and innovation communities
