Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and social trajectories toward 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Produce actionable whitepapers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Coordinate with R&D teams to validate foresight hypotheses through prototype development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives at global innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-level trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight publications
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams in matrix organizations
