Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial and residential plumbing systems with precision and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions to customers.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job sites and company service vehicles.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, drainage systems, and water heaters.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
