Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of complex plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the correct layout for plumbing.
- Locate and diagnose leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues using specialized tools and meters.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to provide accurate estimates and updates.
- Uphold the highest safety standards on all job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and leak detection techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
