Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide immediate, high-quality solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local Massachusetts building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to manage expectations and schedule.
- Document all work performed accurately in the company's digital system.
Qualifications
- Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber’s License issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
