As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues across residential and commercial properties in the Indianapolis area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and replace piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, garbage disposals).
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent future system failures.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and explaining technical issues.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize jobs and manage time effectively.
- Ensure job sites are cleaned up and organized upon completion.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency with modern plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
