Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization and neural network training.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, quantum physicists, and software engineers.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical software engineering to deploy hybrid quantum-classical models.
- Optimize existing deep learning architectures to run efficiently on emerging quantum hardware.
- Contribute to and influence open-source quantum computing frameworks and standards.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil, or PennyLane.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for large-scale AI deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes environments.
