Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve technical issues impacting crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead the end-to-end keyword research and strategy process to uncover high-value organic opportunities and manage the content calendar accordingly.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking to maximize relevance and user engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link building strategy to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators and copywriters to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web content.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, including significant experience in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development principles.
- Tools: Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into business recommendations.
- Adaptability: Deep knowledge of current and future search engine algorithms and trends.
