Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies for niche technical roles (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Blockchain)
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools and predictive analytics to optimize candidate pipelines
- Build strategic partnerships with CTOs and Engineering VPs to forecast talent needs for 2026 tech landscapes
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives in technical recruitment with measurable impact metrics
- Develop employer branding campaigns targeting passive candidates in emerging tech domains
- Mentor junior recruiters on future-focused recruitment methodologies
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruitment experience with proven success in AI/ML or quantum talent acquisition
- Expertise in AI-driven recruitment platforms (SeekOut, Eightfold AI, HireVue)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and emerging tech talent ecosystems
- Strategic experience with employer branding and talent pipeline development
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
- Certification in technical recruitment (CTRS or equivalent) preferred
- Experience managing remote recruitment teams with global talent acquisition
- Fluency in emerging tech recruitment trends and future-of-work paradigms
