Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and hand tools safely
- Install structural components (framing, roofing, scaffolding)
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform quality control checks and material handling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with clear communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
