Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Collaborate with skilled trades on residential/commercial projects
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool management
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
