Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Adhere to all NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency service calls with professionalism
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with project teams on large-scale renovations
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Plumber's License required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in both residential and commercial plumbing
- Knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
