Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing for structural elements
- Install and secure framing, drywall, and finishing materials with attention to detail
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and other trades professionals
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and demolition as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience in commercial/residential settings
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment (forklift, excavator experience a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Texas state contractor's license preferred
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
