Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work following blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely (backhoes, forklifts, etc.)
- Assist carpenters/masons with material handling, scaffolding setup, and concrete pouring
- Perform quality control checks on installations and finishes
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality
