Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment daily for optimal safety performance
- Collaborate with tradesmen on commercial/residential building sites
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) Class B preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Knowledge of Massachusetts building codes and regulations
- Proficient with power tools and hand equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pre-employment drug screening mandatory
