Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Install/repair structural components including rebar, scaffolding, and framing
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and utility trenching
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Maintain equipment safety and cleanliness per company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and measurement skills for material estimation
