Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete work, form installation, and finishing techniques
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete pumps
- Install and maintain scaffolding, rigging systems, and fall protection
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for complex structures
- Lead safety compliance protocols and toolbox training sessions
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project managers for seamless execution
- Maintain equipment calibration and daily inspection logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- Expertise in concrete finishing, masonry, and structural framing
- Proficiency with power tools and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Troubleshooting skills for mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Willingness to obtain specialized certifications (e.g., welding, crane operation)
