Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to diagnose basic plumbing issues under supervision
- Perform pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repairs
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete apprentice training modules and skill assessments
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in weekly technical workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus
- Basic math/measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
- No felony convictions (background check required)
