Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Install and dismantle scaffolding with OSHA-compliant precision
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for structural accuracy
- Conduct site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Maintain equipment safety protocols and daily inspection logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction sequences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas Class B driver's license
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery (CPCS certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving and spatial reasoning abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
