Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks
- Construct/install concrete foundations, footings, and structural elements
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Install/finish framing, roofing, siding, and interior finishes
- Perform quality checks and maintain project documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Local Raleigh/Wake County residency required
