Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with certification
- Install/assemble structural components (steel, concrete, framing)
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams for seamless project delivery
- Perform quality checks and material inventory management
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years verifiable construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) Class B preferred
- Expertise in operating heavy construction equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and measurements
- OSHA 10-hour certification (minimum)
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
