Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts, power tools) with precision
- Install/assemble temporary structures and scaffolding systems
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and layout
- Inspect and maintain job site equipment daily
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class B CDL preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and blueprint reading
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
