Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Perform drain cleaning, water heater installations, and fixture repairs efficiently.
- Respond to emergency service calls on weekends with a professional and calm demeanor.
- Ensure all work meets local San Antonio plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly to homeowners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Document all jobs accurately in our digital management system.
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Texas Driver's License.
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid NPI (National Provider Identifier) and background check clearance.
