Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for accurate project execution
- Implement strict safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade specialists
- Perform equipment maintenance and pre-operation safety checks
- Document work progress and material usage daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction experience in skilled trades
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and withstand extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, welders)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
