Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks to project specifications
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform site preparation, demolition, and material handling
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and project managers
- Complete daily progress reports and quality inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read architectural blueprints
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working in all weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
