Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through material handling, equipment setup, and site clearance
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material preparation and installation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to strict safety guidelines
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, finishing, and demolition tasks
- Report project progress and material needs to site supervisors
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred (will train if needed)
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
