Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on diverse projects
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and execute tasks according to specifications
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, dollies, and forklifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic tool knowledge and equipment operation skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Team player with excellent communication skills
