Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Load/unload materials and transport them to designated locations
- Perform basic concrete work (pouring, finishing, curing)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Background check and drug screen required
