Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install new piping fixtures, water systems, and drainage components
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Inspect and maintain plumbing infrastructure for safety compliance
- Collaborate with project managers on large-scale renovations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory reports
- Train junior plumbers on advanced techniques and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years verifiable plumbing experience (NYC license required)
- Master Plumber certification or equivalent
- OSHA 30-hour training and confined space certification
- Expertise in backflow prevention, pipefitting, and trenchless technology
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Spanish language proficiency highly preferred
