Responsibilities
- Perform skilled tasks including carpentry, masonry, and equipment operation
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction projects
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, excavators)
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and finishing work
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in carpentry, masonry, or concrete finishing
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with blueprint reading and project documentation
