Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Apply construction materials (concrete, mortar, insulation) per blueprints
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site logistics
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with specialized tasks
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Commitment to safety-first protocols
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends as needed)
