Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, bobcats)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Install structural frameworks, drywall, and finishing materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup
- Collaborate with subcontractors on complex installations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving and spatial reasoning skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
