Responsibilities
- Assist with various tasks on-site including material handling, cleanup, and site preparation.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize storage areas.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other tradespeople.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
