Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and quality control inspections
- Collaborate with supervisors to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Document work progress and maintain organized job site conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
